The Crow's Nest

The historic Corthell & Gardner building has stunning views of Passamaquoddy Bay, the island of Campobello and Eastport's working waterfront.   The Crow's Nest is an 1150sf studio embracing the building's history and designed for comfort and luxury.  Watch for whales, seabirds, harbor seals, holiday fireworks and our lobster fleet from the privacy of your own deck in the United States' Easternmost City.   Run down to the first floor for a craft beer from Horn Run Brewing, a jolt of caffeine from Dastardly Dick’s or fresh bagels from the newly opened Breakwater Bagels across the way.   Perfect for artists, writers and couples looking for a romantic getaway.   The Crow's Nest is a third floor apartment and requires working knees and hips!    The Crow's Nest can sleep four with a pullout couch but is genuinely most appropriate for singles or a couple.

RATES: 

June-October: $200/night variable

November-May $150/night variable (contact us to inquire about long term bookings)

CLEANING FEE: $120 

MAXIMUM NUMBER of GUESTS:  2, additional fee of $25 per night for up to two additional guests

MINIMUM STAY JUNE - AUGUST: 5 nights

More than 60 days, 100% refund

More than 30 days, 75% refund

30-15 days, 50% refund

Under 15 days, non-refundable

Sorry, no pets or children under the age of 8 years old. Exceptions made for infants who do not move under their own steam.  We love kids but these apartments are not childproofed and are not insured for children.
